Return Policy

Any items purchased through that leave the customer dissatisfied may be returned for store credit only. Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. will not accept any returns after 30 days.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within seven days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package via email at [email protected]

All returns must be authorized via email, [email protected], within seven business days of receiving the goods. Return requests made after seven business days will not be accepted. Once a return has been authorized via email, the return must be received by within seven business days. Any returns received after seven business days will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.


Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our distribution center or returned in-person to our showroom location. Please keep in mind that in-store returns will be issued store credit that can only be used in-store. No in-person drop offs will be accepted at our distribution center or corporate office.  We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number. Lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.    


We do not do exchanges. All returns are for store credit only, no exceptions. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we have received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.


* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A re-stocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address.

Damaged Items

A store credit may be issued for any goods that are delivered damaged. Any damaged item must be returned to within 30 days of the date received. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit. Once we receive your package, we will email you your return invoice. Damage returns are to be shipped via UPS Ground.



Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued a store credit. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable
